Meet Felix
CO-OWNER
Director of Hospitality & Operations ✦ 10+ Years in Hospitality & Bartending
Felix brings over a decade of experience in hospitality, event production, and operations management, with a strong foundation in upscale dining, private events, and high-volume guest service. His background includes roles with renowned hospitality brands such as the Boston Harbor Hotel, The Capital Grille, and Ramsay's Kitchen, among many more where he refined his approach to elevated service, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
Felix also has extensive experience coordinating private events, corporate activations, weddings, and large-scale productions, including his work as an Operations Manager at Markey Ltd, a global corporate catering company, and as an Events Specialist at Northeastern University. His experience spans beverage management, team leadership, logistics coordination, and event operations, with events ranging from intimate gatherings to productions with thousands of guests. This diverse background gives him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to create seamless, thoughtfully executed event experiences.
Known for his calm, solutions-driven approach, Felix oversees the logistics behind each event from planning and setup to execution and breakdown. His ability to lead teams, manage complex logistics and drive seamless execution from start to finish. ensures every Refined Refreshments event feels polished, organized, and effortless for both you and your guests.
Meet Ashley
CO-OWNER
Director of Business & Client Experience ✦ Bachelor’s in Marketing
Ashley is a Bentley University graduate with a background in business, marketing, and design, bringing experience in client relationships, strategy, and end-to-end project management. In her current role as an Account Executive, she manages a portfolio of nonprofit clients, leading strategy, operations, and performance analysis across high-volume fundraising campaigns.
In addition to her corporate experience, Ashley has a hands-on background in hospitality, having worked as a server and private event bartender for companies including At Your Service and Hostess Catering. She has supported events across a variety of venues throughout Massachusetts, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
With a detail-oriented and organized approach, Ashley supports the planning and creative direction behind each event, ensuring every element aligns with the client’s vision. Her combined experience in design, hospitality, and operations allows her to contribute to a seamless and thoughtfully curated experience from initial inquiry to final execution.
While we’re a husband-and-wife team at the core, we’re supported by a talented network of seasoned bartenders who share our standards for service, style, and attention to detail.
